Booking & Reservations
How do I book a Phoenix Voyages cruise?
You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred suite and completing the booking process. Our reservation specialists are also available 24/7 at +1 (855) 383-5771 to assist with personalized bookings.
What is the deposit required to secure my booking?
A non-refundable deposit between $1,000 and $2,500 per booking is required to secure your reservation, depending on the charter. The exact amount is shown at checkout and applied toward your final fare.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Modifications are possible up to 60 days before departure, subject to availability. Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure receive a full refund minus the deposit. Please review the complete cancellation policy during booking.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. A deposit (in your selected currency) is required at booking, with interim and final-balance payment dates set out in your booking confirmation. Contact our reservations team if you have questions about the payment schedule.
Suites & Accommodations
What's included in each suite category?
All suites include luxury linens, complimentary WiFi, daily housekeeping, and access to all ship amenities. Phoenix Signature Suites (420 sq ft) feature dual Infinity Balconies and two-person spa showers. Prestige and Classic Suites (210 sq ft) offer Infinity Balconies and smart privacy glass bathrooms.
Can I request specific suite locations?
Yes, we accommodate suite location preferences whenever possible. Premium locations (higher decks, midship) may be subject to additional fees. Early booking increases the likelihood of securing your preferred location.
Are there connecting suites for families?
Select suites can be configured as connecting rooms for families. Please specify this requirement when booking, as availability is limited.
What amenities are provided in each suite?
All suites feature European King beds (convertible to twins), luxury spa amenities, interactive QLED TVs, in-room safes, and climate control. Phoenix Signature Suites include additional premium amenities and butler service.
Optional Add-On Experiences
What kinds of add-on experiences are available?
Each charter offers its own curated set of optional add-ons — these may include driving experiences, performer-led events, culinary masterclasses, wellness packages, or shore excursions. The full list of add-ons available for your charter is shown at checkout, and pricing varies by experience.
Do I need a special license for driving experiences?
Where a driving experience is offered, a valid driver's license is required. No special racing license is needed. Certified instructors provide safety briefings and coaching suitable for all skill levels.
Are there age restrictions on add-on experiences?
Restrictions vary by experience. Driving experiences typically require drivers to be 21 or older with a valid license; track-based experiences may require participants to be 25 or older for insurance purposes. Other higher-risk activities (water sports, wellness treatments) have their own minimums noted at booking.
What if weather affects an outdoor experience?
If an outdoor experience cannot proceed safely due to weather or operational considerations, an alternative is offered where available. Otherwise, any prepaid amount for the affected add-on is refunded — the rest of the cruise itinerary continues as planned.
Dining & Amenities
Are all meals included in the cruise fare?
Yes, all meals in our main dining venues are included. This covers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea. Premium wine pairings and specialty dining experiences may have additional charges.
Can you accommodate special dietary requirements?
Absolutely. We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, and other special dietary needs. Please specify requirements during booking or at least 14 days before departure.
What spa services are available?
Our spa offers massages, facials, body treatments, sauna, steam room, and fitness facilities. Services can be booked onboard or in advance. Spa packages are available for enhanced value.
Is there WiFi throughout the ship?
Complimentary WiFi is available in all suites and public areas. Premium high-speed packages are available for streaming and video calls.
Travel & Logistics
What documents do I need for my cruise?
A valid passport is required for all guests. Some itineraries may require visas. We provide detailed documentation requirements upon booking confirmation.
How do I get to the ship?
Detailed pre-cruise information including embarkation locations, times, and transportation options is provided 30 days before departure. Airport transfers can be arranged for an additional fee.
What should I pack?
Pack smart-casual attire for days and elegant clothing for evenings. Formal nights require cocktail or formal wear. Comfortable shoes for shore excursions are recommended. A detailed packing list is provided with your travel documents.
What about gratuities?
Gratuities for housekeeping and dining staff are included in your cruise fare. Additional gratuities for exceptional service are at your discretion and greatly appreciated.
