Custom itinerary

Your route, your pace. Frankfurt → Nuremberg, Amsterdam → Basel, Vienna → Budapest — Transcend operates the Rhine, Main, Danube, Moselle and Class IV waterways.

Branding & livery

Welcome screens in every cabin, branded menus, custom uniforms, in-cabin gifting, signage at every venue. The week looks and feels like your event.

F&B programming

All-inclusive premium dining + beverage. Custom menus, themed nights, dietary accommodations, kosher/halal/etc. Wine pairings configurable.

A/V & meeting tech

Forum theatre wired for keynotes (mic, projection, lighting cues). Breakout-room A/V, simul-translation, hybrid-attendance streaming on request.

Ground & flights

Optional handling: arrival transfers, group flights, hotel pre/post nights, port-day excursions, technical visits to local industry partners.

Booking flow

Each guest reserves their own cabin via a branded booking page. You see real-time RSVP + dietary + arrival details on a dashboard.

Settlement & reporting

TICO-trust-account handling, supplier payments, post-event spend reconciliation, attribution by promoter (if you use channel partners).

Standard charter is a 7-night sailing — long enough to land programming + earn cultural credit, short enough that nobody loses a sales week. Custom 3-night and 10-night charters are available subject to vessel scheduling.
